JoAnne Graf Field at the Seminole Softball Complex is the home field for the Florida State Seminoles softball team: it is on the campus of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.〔()〕 The Mary Ann Stiles & Barry Smith team building is the shared home of both the Florida State softball and Florida State soccer teams. Originally built in 1999 it received a multimillion dollar upgrade beginning in 2008. It has become a key part of the complex for both softball and soccer as it also houses offices for coaches, locker rooms, training and equipment rooms. ==History== The Florida State Soccer/Softball Complex was "officially" opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Saturday, April 17, 1999. The event, which was held in conjunction with Florida State's 30th Anniversary of Women's Intercollegiate Athletics Spring Celebration. On April 2, 2005, former university president Dr. T.K. Wetherell and former Athletics Director, Dave Hart, officially renamed the softball stadium "JoAnne Graf Field at the Seminole Softball Complex." 〔()〕 In the fall of 2006, the stadium received improvements as a Florida State unveiled a new video scoreboard. In 2011 when a new indoor batting facility was constructed. JoAnne Graf Field hosted back-to-back NCAA Regionals twice in its history; in 2001 and 2002 and then again in 2004 and 2009.
